Guilt Trip

I feel incredibly guilty as I fell off the wagon today and treated myself to a beetroot cake and flat white at a coffee shop after going for an Acupuncture appointment. So, that's £50 down the Swanney!

I feel like I should justify breaking my No Spend November...I've had shoulder pains for nine months and I was hoping by now I would have given birth to the pain but oh no...The physio I see is amazing and I am put out of my misery every two months before it creeps back. I realise how lucky I am to be able to go and see her as so many people have to struggle through their pain. As for the coffee break, I was feeling light headed and dreamy (not a bad thing) after my treatment, so there was nothing for it but to drop in for some refreshment before I had to go and do the food shop.

Given the age of the child, it could be their first experience with ownership, so I think telling them link that it is their responsibility now and no one is going to help you if you break it (even though you really might). Know when and where to wear and use it – be careful with it, but also don't be afraid to have fun with it on and make memories you can associate link with it every time you link see it.
The spa felt much like hotel spas, with the sounds of water and ambient music and link everyone who worked there looking like they never had shouted or gotten mad once in their life, though link of course they have, they are just able to look that way for a job, just like link for my job I am the opposite.
