Vet Visit

I had to fork out £20 today as my puppy has an ear infection. My younger daughter and I took Lola, or rather she took us, pulling on the lead and not at all reluctant to see the vet. She was weighed and fussed over, sniffed another dog and jumped up to the counter and chatted dog to dog with the practice pet behind the scenes. The vet had to squeeze some drops in Lola's ears and the squishy noise it made was cringeworthy.

Next on the agenda was filming, after a lunch of yummy risotto leftovers at home (feeling very Yin and Yang about having to give up my sometimes lunch out habit). Anyway, my younger daughter and I headed to the park to do some filming for a music video she is putting together for college. It was 'such fun' as Miranda's mum would say and so appealing creating something outside in the Autumn sunshine rather than cooped up inside. I had to stop myself taking us for coffee and milkshakes at cafe afterwards...
